The Ministry for Digitalisation - Luxembourg wishes to find, via this call for solutions, an effective and easy-to-use solution for the citizen. The aim is to give the citizen the possibility of exchanging with an administration in complete confidentiality and to present himself virtually to appointments that currently require a physical presence at the administration.
